This week has been one of the best weeks we have ever had. For the past several years we have been working hard towards this day and it has happened.
A big thanks to Megan who serves as our Program Director, Linda who serves as our family and child coach, Loise Fipps who serves as a Mentor Specialist and LaTonya Fields who also serves as a Mentor Specialist. It is largely because of our staff that we have such incredible results.
Our volunteers base has been amazing as well. Because we have a high level of volunteers it allows us to have 1 leader for about every 2 students or so. With a ratio like that, the students can’t help but win!
We are rolling out 2 new computer programs; Dreambox for math and Fast Forward for reading comprehension. With the addition of these 2 programs, it will be exciting to see what the next reporting period brings!
